Our partnership with Technogym ensures the very best equipment and our multi-disciplinary team of Biokineticists, Physiotherapists and Exercise is Medicine accredited Personal trainers use world class technology to track, monitor and report on the progress of all of our members. Our clients can engage in 12 week, medically directed exercise programmes under the care of Biokineticists or join as members under the care of a dedicated coach.
